Terms of use and license

These terms are between you and Duzzlr Pte. Ltd. ("we") for the DermStudy app and website. By buying or using DermStudy, you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

1. Your license

© Duzzlr Pte. Ltd. All rights reserved. When you buy DermStudy you get a personal, non-exclusive, single-device license: one person (you) may use the app on one device at a time for your own study. The free sample may be used by anyone.

Moving to a new device. You can move your license yourself, for example when you change phones: enter your key on the new device and choose "Use on this device instead". The license then stops working on the previous device the next time that device goes online. You can move a license up to 3 times in any rolling 30-day period; after that, email [email protected] and we will help.

2. What you may not do

• Share, resell, publish or redistribute the app, its content, images or your license key, or use one key on more than one device at a time.
• Copy, scrape or extract the content, or use it (in whole or in part) to train, prompt or build AI models, or to reproduce, rebuild or imitate the app or its content in another product, course or service.
• Remove or hide copyright, license or watermark notices, or try to get around the license check.

Breach. If we reasonably believe a license key has been shared, published or misused, or these terms have been breached, we may revoke or disable that key without refund, and we may take action to have copies removed, including notices to hosting providers.

3. Content

The content is original wording, AI-assisted, and written to follow international guidelines. Images are AI-generated illustrations, and specialist review is pending. We may correct, update or remove content at any time.

4. Not medical advice

DermStudy is for education only. Please read the medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

5. Refunds

All sales are final; because DermStudy is a digital product delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. A free sample is available so you can try the app before buying. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you. If a payment is reversed or refunded for any reason, the licence key stops unlocking the app.

6. Updates and availability

Updates are included while we continue to offer the app. Once installed, the app works offline. We don't promise it will be free of errors or available forever.

7. No warranty

DermStudy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose, or exam results. Using it doesn't guarantee passing any examination.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. DermStudy is provided by Duzzlr Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202606171D), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above.
